Production setup & infrastructure

You will find here a short description of our skills and infrastructure: from product design to exportation through manufacturing. Qualidis has:

• French equities and management
• Mastery of the whole production chain: from product design to shipment
• 2 production units in Coimbatore,Tamil Nadu:
  – One weaving unit with imported Dornier looms (electronic Jacquard)
  – One stitching unit, able to stitch and pack 2000 baby bibs /day.
• Children textile items specialization: Baby bibs, bed sheets, turbulettes…
• Work on all raw materials and textiles (coton, Polycoton, Jersey, CSC)
• Stock of yarn kept available for orders
• Dyeing on demand
• Stitching on demand
• AQL quality control followed in each step of the production, based on french procedures
